Aged in centuries-old butts hand-selected from our La Honda Amontillado Solera, founded in 1857, Carlos I Amontillado is unique in its class. An insurmountable experience due to the complexity of its saline and mineral notes, hints of dried fruit and silky, elegant finish. Taste: Dry and silky, it unveils a great depth and persistence on the palate, with flavours of almond and hazelnut invading the senses. Appearance: Amber in colour, bright, with greenish reflections.
